This set of 6 one inch round magnets are great for placing anywhere on the body and are held in place with any medical tape, a supply of which comes with the magnets. They are very flexible, and can be placed on shoulders, elbows, or anywhere else that a regular support or wrap is difficult to get in place. They can be used separately or in combination for larger areas or more concentrated magnetic strength. These magnets are made in the USA and contain the highest medical grade unipolar magnets in the industry. They are rated at 2500 gauss, but as they are unipolar, they will NOT stick to your refrigerator. They WILL, however, erase floppy discs, cassettes, credit card strips, etc, if in close contact with these items. They can also distort the picture on CRT type televisions. Medical magnets should be kept away from these items and any other that react to magnetism. |
